Stephen Beckwith

Stephen is currently HR Site Lead across both the Primary and Secondary antibiotic manufacturing sites in Ulverston and Barnard Castle. He is responsible for driving the site talent, leadership, culture and capability strategies during a period of significant change for the business. He has over 7 years of experience working at GSK across a range of HR roles, including specialist roles in Reward, Talent, Learning & Organisational Development (TL&OD), and Strategy & Effectiveness. He was previously HR Business Partner for both Finance and Audit & Assurance functions. He has also gained valuable commercial experience as part of the GSK Consumer Healthcare Expert Sales team.
