Elizabeth Gregson

Liz Gregson is HR Director at TotalEnergies Gas & Power Ltd, where she has gained over 20 years HR experience. More recently her remit has expanded to L&D and Internal Communications.

Throughout that time, she has seen the change in the role of HR from being transactional to strategic, as well as the increase in employee expectations around their day-to-day experience.

In a candidate driven market and following the mindset transformation following the pandemic Liz believes that the role of HR is pivotal in enabling the business to deliver a positive employee experience which drives an engaged workforce deliver the objectives of the business.
